PRODUCTION ENGINEERING

TID

The Technical Installation Document defines and specifies all the processes involved in the works tinvolved in the work to be carried out (equipment, systems, others) which, due to their entity, complexity or responsibility, require a detailed study prior to installation. It describes and details the successive stages of the assembly of the Systems/Equipment, exposing in a sequential way all the tasks to be carried out in each one of the phases.

This document provides information on:

  • null

The affected sites, information and work orders

  • null

    Work sequence, specific tools

  • null

    Installation details, control sheets

STEEL DRAWINGS

Reference document for the movements and transfers of each intermediate product. It is a living document, with an important number of changes. It defines:

  • null

The design and calculation of block manoeuvres

  • null

    Transfer feasibility, movements and embarkation

  • null

Constructive detail and disposition of the manoeuvre elements

WORK ORDERS (WWOO)

Document generated by detail engineering, including all the necessary information and support for the execution of the works object of the contract in Production. It is a “filter” of the design, prior to manufacture and installation in production. The WWOO integrate and support the management of the work, allowing reports and monitoring of work centers. It consists of:

  • null

    Components list

  • null

    Operations list

  • null

    Bill of Materials

CONSTRUCTIVE STRATEGY (CS)

CS Notebooks are a guide for the construction process that should serve as a reference for operational construction planning. Provides an integrated view of the intermediate product, identifiying significant elements and defining to do works for the intermediate product, when and where.

CS documents are mainly and generally composed of the following points:

  • null

    General information about the block

  • null

    General data and layout

  • null

    Construction and pre-assembly process

  • null

Specific tabs of the block under study

  • null

Impact of manoeuvring elements during pre-arming

  • null

Previous ideas on works conditioned by unions

  • null

Criteria and general instructions for coordination of tasks
