Aries Industrial y Naval Servicios S.L.U. carries out the analysis of risks associated to projects from the initial analysis, at the beginning of the project, to the detailed analysis of each equipment of the project.

In order to perform these analyses of risks, the company has a technical team specialized in prevention of occupational hazards and experienced in the identification and the evaluation of adverse situations which could produce dangers throughout the project life cycle.

The early identification of potential risks provides a decrease in costs, because it supplies a longer life cycle to equipment, systems, ect. and a lower risk of damage to the team.

Over the years, engineering companies have been improving in different fields in order to increase their competitiveness inside the labour market.

Quality and environmental certificates provide companies a huge level of commitment and a constant state of update, which situate companies that have them in a remarkable situation.

The following step is the commitment with safety and risks prevention. This commitment has been traditionally implemented in powers specialized in development and engineering, such as United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, etc.

Risk analysis provides the customers with tools like:

  • Risk identification.
  • Risk analysis and evaluation.
  • It assures the necessary actions to get acceptable levels of risk.
  • It provides a continuous monitoring of the achieved safety level.
  • It helps to the continuous improvement of the project.

Analysis techniques are internationally used , such as:

  • Inspections trough Checklists
  • HAZOP (Hazard And Operability Study)
  • PHA (preliminary Hazard Analysis)
  • SSHA (Subsystem Hazard Analysis)
  • SHA (System Hazard Analysis)
  • OSHA (Operation and Support Hazard Analysis)
  • FMEA ( Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
  • HHA (Health Hazard Assessment)
  •  ….

The final result of the analysis is registered in separate documents and all of them are kept together in an only final document, the “Safety Case Report”.

The “Safety Case Report” guarantees that the project satisfies all safety requirements.

Moreover, every risk associated to the Project is registered in a HTS (Hazard Tracking System) using a specialized software like Cassandra, or through databases like Access.

This database provides a continuous monitoring of the project risks.
